MTIET 2012 Results will be declared on Monday, August 20, 2012 by Mother Theresa Post Graduate and Research Institute of Health Sciences (MTIHS), Puducherry. Candidates, who have appeared for the exam, can check their Results on the official website of Mother Theresa Post Graduate and Research Institute of Health Sciences (MTIHS), Puducherry.
Ranking of Candidates:
Candidates will be selected based on the rank obtained in the merit list. Ranking of the candidates will be done based on the marks obtained by the Candidates in the Qualifying Examination (50%) and marks obtained in the Entrance Test 2012-13 (50%).
Procedure for breaking tie in merit marks:
While ranking the candidates, if a tie in merit mark occurs, the final year percentage of qualifying examination will be taken into account to rank the candidates.
Display of Merit List:
The merit lists will be displayed on the notice board at the Institute campus and in the Institute Web site: http://mtihs.puducherry.gov.in. No separate announcement will be made in the newspapers.
Counseling for admission:
Counseling for admission to all PG courses will be conducted at campus of Mother Theresa Post Graduate and Research Institute of Health Sciences (MTPG & RIHS), Indira Nagar, Gorimedu, Puducherry-605 006.
Candidates shall be called for counseling as per their merit, through call letters indicating the date, time and venue of counseling.
No change of date/time of counseling is allowed. The Institute will not be responsible for any postal delay.
Candidates who do not attend the counseling on the specified date and time will have to forego the claim of admission, further they will not be called for the subsequent counseling.

The MTIET 2012 is conducted for taking admission to the Post Graduate (PG) programs in various disciplines such as, Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Physiotherapy (MPT), Master of Science (M.Sc) (Nursing) and Post Basic Bachelor of Science (P.B.B.Sc) (Nursing).
